Audience Research 

In order to find out what genre of music people most listen to, we produced a survey on surveymonkey.com asking an audience to select which genre of music they liked the most and listened to the most. After producing this survey I posted it on social media; specifically Facebook to obtain feedback.

From the results we were able to identify what genre was most common amongst audiences.



From the audience research, the alternative, dance, electronic, pop and rock genres are the most common genres.
It would be useful to pick one of these genres for our song choice as the music video would be more likely to have a bigger audience.
